Ronald L. Cundy’s practice areas include representation of victims and families in personal injury and wrongful death cases, representation of persons in diminished value cases, and the defense of persons charged in a criminal case. Ron clerked for Rumsey and Ramsey while he was attending law school at Georgia State, and he began working at Rumsey and Ramsey as a lawyer in 2000 upon graduation. Ron has represented victims and their families in several meaningful wrongful death and personal injury cases, as well as in other types of civil cases. Most recently, in 2015, Ron along with his partner Austin Ramsey successfully represented a medical malpractice victim in a medical malpractice case.

Ron served as a medic in the United State Army prior to attending college and law school. Ron is also one of the founders and owners of Rec Tec Grills, a manufacturer of wood pellet grills.
